The Preacher Curl Bench from Titan Fitness® is a fantastic exercise platform to improve your curling form and target your biceps. You can use dumbbells, barbells, and even EZ curl bars to isolate your biceps. The curl station features two UHMW lined J-hooks to protect the barbell while racking, high-density contour foam padding, an adjustable seat, and rubber feet to protect floors and provide a stable base. The thick, padded cushions will provide all the comfort needed for an intense workout session.
