All points below are subject to change without advanced notice.
1. All orders are for curbside pickup only. We are sending orders out on carts for you to load into your vehicle to keep our team safe and healthy. Please provide your own man power for loading at this time.
2. General pickup times are currently Monday through Friday from 10am to 2pm for paid orders. Please DO NOT come to pickup until you have received an email stating that your order has been pulled and is ready for pickup. This helps us make sure we are ready for you and are able to serve everyone efficiently and safely.
3. All Sales Are Final. We will not be offering exchanges or refunds for any items purchased and picked up at this time.
4. We update our website AS SOON as we receive new inventory in the store. So yes, if it's out of stock online, it's out of stock in the shop. We are adding new products as quickly as we can to update our online store to reflect all items as practical in store.
5. Our. Phone. Is. Ringing. Off. The. Hook. So PLEASE be patient with us. We are running minimal hours, minimal staff and there's just one phone line. We're doing the best we can. A little grace and patience goes a long way during this time and we sincerely appreciate EVERYONE who has shown us that over the last few weeks of this incredibly trying time for all of us. Most every single question you have can be answered by a quick look on our website.
6. We are NOT able to update you individually when we expect to get more stock of a particular item. Under our normal circumstances we happily do that but we just do not have the resources to do that at this time. Please keep look on our website and our Instagram page for the most recent inventory updates. You can also email us and we'll get back with you as quickly as possible.
7. All items are first come first served. We cannot offer reservations/pre-orders/deposits at this time. Things are moving very quickly so please plan accordingly.
