Each solid steel A-Bar measures 48-inch Long by 1.25-inch handle, and is covered with durable, easy to clean rubber coated foam. The foam covering allows for easy grip during exercises, and will not damage floors, walls and objects. The bars are available in 6 different weights ranging from 4 Lbs, 6 Lbs, 9 Lbs, 12 Lbs to 18 Lbs. The even weight distribution across the bar makes the workout more balanced. End caps are color-coded by weight, so you can grab just the right weight for your chosen workout , and weight sizes are permanently embossed onto end caps, so sweat and cleaning will not wear them off.
