The Belt Squat features a 1:1 ratio, which means a 10-pound weight will produce 10 pounds of resistance.

This unique, patent-pending, integrated attachment takes up way less space than a normal belt squat machine. It’s heavy duty, made from 11-gauge steel with plastic-coated wire rope (galvanized cable). Its pulleys allow for consistent tension throughout the full range of motion. This attachment is easy to assemble, locked in with quick-release pins. It has a maximum capacity of 600lbs.
