Also included with your rack are the TITAN Series Strap Safety System. These feature 3-inch-wide reinforced Nylon webbing with a quick-change selector style bracket, allowing easy installation or strap adjustment. With dual loadable weight plate sleeves, you can slowly work up to higher intensity workouts with a weight capacity of up to 400-pounds. The tower includes carabiners that attach to the lat pulldown and low row handles, a nylon pulley cable system, and a diamond-textured footplate.
